// Manifesto
Where Art Meets the Machine
The old gatekeepers don't have a category for what's coming. AI-generated cinema, synthetic actors, prompt-driven storytelling — the work exists, the audience is there, but no serious institution is ready to judge it.
Warsaw Glitch is that institution. Three competition programmes. One uncompromising standard: we don't care how you made it — we care if it's good. The first major creative technology festival in Central & Eastern Europe. Warsaw. August 2026.
The algorithm writes the prompt. We write the rules.
