Marcin Perzyna

One of Poland's most experienced live event and film producers with over 25 years in the industry. Executive Producer of "Johnny" (2022), which won the Audience Award and Best Actor at the 47th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia and drew over 800,000 cinema admissions — the most popular Polish film of 2022. Creator of iconic Polish festival formats including Sopot TOPtrendy (Polsat) and Top of the Top Festival (TVN). Founder and CEO of WOW.SHOW, a streaming platform expanding into AI-driven entertainment and vertical formats, and Festival Group Sp. z o.o. (est. 2001), which has produced over 200 live events across Poland. His involvement as Executive Producer at the European Film Awards ceremony in Warsaw (2006) further demonstrates his capacity to deliver large-scale, internationally recognized cultural events.

Michał J. Owerczuk

Award-winning AI filmmaker, producer, screenwriter, and editor with over 18 years of experience across film, television, and game development spanning three continents. Founder of iPro.One — a creator network and hybrid cinema advocacy platform. His work in AI-driven filmmaking has been recognized at international competitions in Seoul, Bangkok, New York, and Portland. Certified in Machine Learning by Harvard University and in Artificial Intelligence by Google (2025). European hub lead and proud member of the Machine Cinema AI Community, connecting the global AI creator network with the European film industry. At Warsaw Glitch, he oversees the artistic vision, curatorial direction, and creative programming of all three competition programmes.

Maciej Gozdowski

Warsaw, Poland

A senior media executive with deep expertise in streaming strategy, digital platforms, and P&L management. Most recently served as Group Vice President — Streaming at TVN / Warner Bros. Discovery, where he led the strategic launch of Max (formerly HBO Max) across the EMEA region. Prior to that role, he spent several years as Managing Director of Player.pl, Poland's largest legal VOD platform, building it into a leading digital entertainment destination. His career spans 15 years across Polsat and Canal+, covering strategy, revenue operations, and content distribution. Holds a Law degree from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from Kozminski University. At Warsaw Glitch, he brings operational discipline, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of how audiences consume content in the streaming era.

Film Competition Director & Programmer

Massimo Benvegnù

Bologna, Italy

An Italian film critic, programmer, and documentary producer with over 35 years of experience in international film culture. Began his career at the Venice International Film Festival (La Biennale di Venezia), where he worked in the festival's press office before moving to ASAC, the Biennale's historical archive. Since 2022, he has served as Artistic Director of Biografilm Festival in Bologna, one of Italy's most respected documentary and biography film festivals. From 2017 to 2019, he headed the Programming and Access to Collections Commission at FIAF (International Federation of Film Archives) in Brussels. He is an Honorary Member of the Cinémathèque Française in Paris and the author of "Filmare l'anima. Il cinema di Peter Weir." At Warsaw Glitch, he leads the curatorial process for the main film competition, bringing institutional-level programming standards rooted in decades of experience at Europe's most prestigious film institutions.
